3rd Annual "Do The Griff" 4 mile run (walkers welcome) May 2, 8:30 AM

Location
This event will be held at Sports & Spine Chiropractic, 39 W. Bankview Drive in Frankfort, Illinois. Parking is available at both Sports and Spine and Lincoln Way East.

The 4 mile race will begin at Sports and Spine Chiropractic, continue through the Butternut neighborhood and finish on the Lincoln Way East track.

**This race will be Chip-Timed.
**Walkers and strollers are welcome.

Registration
Online registration is available and preferred. However, you may also register at Sports and Spine or on race day. It is $35 for pre-registration or $40 on race day. An Endurafit running shirt and goody bag are included in your fee.

****Online registration will end Saturday May 2nd at noon. After that, you will be able to register the morning of the race.****

Packet Pick Up
Packet pick up will be at Sports and Spine Chiropractic, 39 W Bankview Dr. Frankfort, IL April 30- May 2
April 30th- 8am-5pm
May 1st- 8am-12pm
May 2nd- 7am-8am
Advance pick-up is appreciated.

Race day
A registration table will be set up in front of Sports and Spine's doors for anyone who still needs to register and for anyone who needs to pick up their shirt and goody bag. A table will also be set up to distribute chips timers. ALL runners will need to stop by before the race begins to get their chip that will correlate to your bib number.

Kids Run

A free kids run will immediately follow the main event. It will immediately follow the main event. It will be a 100 yard dash for age groups including 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. Register kids the day of the race. A fire truck will also be available for the kids. (Pending there are no 9-11 emergenicies for the fire dept.)

Awards
The award ceremony will immediately follow the kids race.
Awards will be given to the following:
Overall male and female 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places
Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners for each age group: 1-14, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-99

Post race
Jeffrey LaMorte will be providing post-race massages for all runners. A post-race stretch led by Dr. Wolfe will also be available. The following refreshments and food will be provided: Water, fruit from Edible Arrangements, bagels from Great American Bagel, and granola bars from Aurelio's. Free face painting by Carol of Cheeks to Feets Face Painting.

Results
Results will be posted on this website after the race.

Proceeds
All proceeds will benefit the local schools including Frankfort School District 157-C, Mokena School District 159, and Lincoln Way East High School.
